the subtlety and structure in this photo are so visually intriguing —- my eye keeps searching it for something that stands out, something that holds my attention, but each element makes way for the next and all i can do is sit back and take in all parts at once, continuously. it’s not the model or the clothing that hold my interest (though sasha is certainly stunning and that jacket is absolutely gorgeous). nothing detracts from the whole or from any other component. sometimes i wonder if i’m the only person in the world who thinks so hard and has so many words for the very particular reasons why certain things strike me. i think many would say i’m high strung or even high-maintenance. i just think i’m hyper-aware and hyper-articulate. and i suppose some would say that’s the same thing, no?
